I hope you all had a great week and are ready to take in another episode in “The Balance In Fitness” to add to your forming path of health and fitness. This week we’ll be delving into some of the great styles of training that have emerged over the last 30 years or so. Actually they are all aspects of physical culture that have been with us for centuries. Cross fit, pilates, calisthenics etc are all awesome, but in our paths of health and fitness “The Balance” teaches us the grounded principles and understandings that make the path glow with longevity and strength.
